In accordance with the provisions set forth in RFP 80227, it is the CSU's intent to award Master Enabling Agreements to the following firms: 1) Blackboard, Inc., 2) Desire2Learn, Inc.
This Notice of Intent to Award should not be considered as a binding commitment by the California State University. No such commitment may ensue until a formal contract has been signed by both parties.

| Scope of Services: |
The CSU is requesting proposals to identify enterprise Learning Management Systems (LMS) and providers who are prepared, serious and committed to working with the CSU Chancellor’s Office and its campuses collaboratively to support the success of LMS implementations to the highest capacity of each campus. We are looking for LMS providers who know and understand the value of engaging with their clients for true collaboration and for the greatest success of the company and the universities. The selection of vendors receiving approval for procurement will include software, licensing, technical support, migration services (consulting), and hosting options. When possible, it is the intent that several of the 23 campuses will collaborate to consolidate their LMS hardware and software resources, training, consulting, migration and integration in the most feasible manner over time. |
