Kern High School District has recently implemented an online purchasing management system.
This system allows vendors to register online, receive automated service and commodity solicitations via email, and eventually allow vendors to submit bids electronically.
Most RFQ's, informal and formal solicitations will be processed through our online system.
You may click the "Current Bids/Proposals" link above to see a list of all current solicitations, or use the keyword search below to find specific items.
All responses are due on or prior to the time shown on each solicitation. Late responses cannot be accepted.
It is the bidder's/proposer's responsibility to ensure that the most complete and current version of the solicitation, including addenda, has been downloaded or otherwise obtained.
