ATTENTION ALL BIDDERS
OCSD Job Walk Safety Requirements must be adhered to. Failure to comply with the following, will result in the Job Walk Attendee not being able to participate in the job walk event.
Job Walk attendees are required to wear closed toe shoes, long pants, no sleeveless shirts, safety glasses (may be prescription with side shields if in process areas), reflective safety vests and hard hats. Only those possessing such attire will be allowed on the job site. OCSD will not provide personal protective equipment to attendees.

The purpose of this Scope of Work is to describe the work required for the refurbishment of three (3) steel bulkheads detailed in the “Bulkhead Schedule” of the record drawing No. 2S22 of Contract No. J-15 (See Appendix A for a set of Drawings). The regularity of their usage is unknown. However, it is imperative to have these bulkheads refurbished so that when needed, they are ready and in good condition to supply their intended purpose of blocking the incoming flow into the Ocean Outfall Booster Station (OOBS). The three (3) bulkheads are currently stored at a “Bulkhead Storage Rack”, as detailed in drawing No. 2S21 of the same contract mentioned above, which is situated near the “Ocean Outfall Booster Station (OOBS)” at the East end of Plant No.2 located at 22212 Brookhurst Street, Huntington Beach, CA 92646.
