The Orange County Sanitation District's Purchasing, Vendor Site
Purchasing Overview The Orange County Sanitation District (OCSD) has a Centralized Purchasing System administered by the Contracts, Purchasing & Materials Management Section, a division of the Administrative Services Department. Centralized purchasing standardizes bidding and evaluation procedures, achieves economy of scale benefits, provides consistency in dealing with vendors, and ensures an open, fair, and competitive procurement process.
To facilitate participation, OCSD has implemented BidsOnlineā¢, a fully automated web-based vendor registration & bid management system. This system allows vendors to register online, receive automated email notification of bid opportunities, and submit bids electronically,
Registration
There is no cost to register or to send bids. Select "Register" from the top menu bar, complete the registration form, and submit. You will be automatically included in the OCSD vendor database.
Bid Opportunities
You may search for current bid opportunities by selecting the "Current Bids" link above to see a list of all outstanding solicitations, or use the keyword search below to find specific items.
