Scope of Services:	In general, the work to be performed under these specifications consists of rehabilitation of existing asphalt concrete pavement throughout the City. Work is to include, but not be limited to, base failure repairs; crack sealing; slurry sealing, milling of existing asphalt concrete; removal of surfacing and base; overlaying using conventional asphalt concrete; lime stabilization of the base; installing pavement reinforcing fabric and engineered mat; constructing concrete curb ramp, driveway, curb and gutter; placement of striping; installing traffic signal detector loops; and for all other work, items or details not mentioned above that are required by the Drawings, Standard Specifications, or these Special Provisions.
