RFQ Update |
Hello Everyone,
The Authority will be conducting a second pre-submittal meeting to allow for additional questions. We will have someone in attendance from the Terminal Development Program to answer more of the construction questions that we were unable to address this week. This meeting will be scheduled ASAP and will provide a conference call in number for those that are at a distance. You will receive more details regarding this meeting sometime next week. In addition, the dates for final questions and submissions will be extended. Look for an addendum next week that will address these changes. The Q&A document from this week's meeting will post later tomorrow. Thank you for your patience and feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

| Scope of Services: |
The San Diego County Regional Airport Authority ("Authority") seeks Proposals from qualified firms or individuals (“Respondent”) to provide Construction Audit Services to the Office of the Chief Auditor (“OCA”) at the Authority for the “Green Build” project at the San Diego International Airport (“Airport”). A draft scope of work is posted in Exhibit A of the Draft Agreement included with this RFQ.

| Project Details: |
Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Firms or individuals must have a demonstrated expertise in construction auditing (particularly in a D-B environment) for large government projects, and/or airport projects, such as: Auditing large construction projects (in excess of $500,000,000); Conducting construction management operational audits;
Management and verification of construction labor, material, labor burden, and overhead costs; Experience in the audit of Labor Compliance issues for government projects; Reviewing Construction Claims (e.g. delay claims, impact claims, differing site condition claims); Experience in LEED Certification verification and audit; Verification of costs supporting requests for progress payments.
