The Seismic Retrofit Work at Parking Structure No. 2 includes all work shown on the construction documents including the work shown on City Drawing Number 6625 and City Specification SP#1955, which includes but is not limited to the following components:
1. Upgrading existing foundation.
2. New Shear walls.
3. Strengthening existing shear walls.
4. Oil Water Clarifier.
5. Traffic Control and Phasing.
