I am pleased to inform you that your firm is one of the twenty-five firms that submitted qualifications for the Architectural Design Services. The Evaluation Committee will be reviewing the proposals based on the criteria outlined in the Request for Qualifications. After the Committee has evaluated the proposals, the City will notify all firms as to their placement on the “Qualified Short List” for Architectural Services.

Interested firms may submit their qualifications for individual Architectural Design Services as listed in the RFQ for which they are qualified to provide Architectural Services. Upon final selection, a short list from qualified architectural firms will be determined for each architectural service. Each qualified architectural firm would still be required to submit a proposal for each project. The short list will be good for three years.
