| Scope of Services: |
The City of Fontana’s Information Technology Department is currently developing several applications using the Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management System (v 4.0) as its development platform. Qualified vendors will be called upon to submit proposals for a variety of small and large development projects over the course of the next two to three years using this platform. Programming will be done under strict standards and controls and projects will be managed using accepted PMI Project Management techniques. Vendors must be Microsoft Certified in CRM and have a proven track record of successful development projects for public agencies. Specific requirements for this engagement will include experience in developing applications as defined herein using Microsoft CRM 4.0 and/or SharePoint 2007.

The City of Fontana will select Vendor Vendors based on their qualified expertise to perform the CRM Software Design & Development Services in their specialized fields. The projects selected by the City’s project administrator may have more than one Vendor Vendor assigned to the project. This will depend on the needs of the different CRM Software Design & Development Services. The qualifications included in the proposal shall be based on the various CRM Software Design & Development Services

Interested Vendors may submit their qualifications for individual CRM Software Design & Development Services as listed in the RFQ for which they are qualified to provide CRM Software Design & Development Services. Upon final selection, a short list from qualified CRM Software Design & Development Vendors will be determined for each software development service. Once qualified, each qualified Vendor would still be required to submit a proposal for each project. The short list will be good for three years.
