The Department of Housing and Business Development currently administers a Comprehensive Housing and Economic Development program designed to pro-actively address identified “needs” throughout the community. This program includes, as its basis, the following six (6) components: 1. Multi-Family Revitalization and New Construction, 2. Homeownership Assistance Program, 3. Senior Affordable Housing Development, 4. Business Retention, 5. Business Development, and 6. Marketing. In conjunction with development, implementation and administration of specific programs, projects and activities being undertaken by the Department, it is necessary to utilize consulting services.
Those consulting firms selected will be asked to supply professional support services on specific programs, projects and activities
